Early routine ticked off ✅
15 min stretch out on the mat 🙆🏻♂️
5 min meditation 🧘♂️
Chest and tricep workout at the gym 🏋️♂️
Appreciate the ability to be able to do this on a daily basis 🙏🏼

10 minute morning stretch 🙆🏻♂️
75 minute pull session at the gym. Mixture of weights and kettlebells 🏋️♂️
10 minute sauna 🔥

Got the day moving with a 15 minute yoga / stretch routine 🧘♂️
Followed by a 60 minute shoulder and tricep workout at the gym 🏋️♂️
Finished off with a 10 minute sauna 🔥

Had some resistance to a bike ride this morning. That I’d agreed to the day before.
So glad I did not pull out. First time on a racer too. Really enjoyed it with my freind Jon.
Just over 33 miles there and back.

Had a nice 20 minute stretch after rising earlier 🙆🏻♂️
Followed by a leg workout at the gym.
Consisting of:
Elevated heel squats.
Walking lunges.
Calf raises.
Tib raises and hip lifts using iron shin foot attachments.
Grateful everyday for the ability to move 🙏🏼

1.5 hour pull session at the gym earlier 🏋️♂️
Followed by a ten minute sauna.
