Tricep dips on rings, followed by a super set of push ups: 3 sets. 3 reps on dips, 6 reps on push ups.
Front lever tuck progressions: 4 sets for time.
Incline chest on machine: 3 sets. 2 sets with 10 reps with 80kg. 1 set with 7 reps at 90kg.
