Also got a swim in today. 10 lengths in 25metee pool whist my eldest son had his swimmmig lessons. -

Park run this morning on the sea front. 5k in 30 mins. Had my two boys running with me for the first K so that set my time back a fair bit.
Want to commit to more park runs moving forward. Such a great way to make sure im getting 5k minimum in each week. And the energy of runninng in a group defo helps!
I’ll be encouraging all the wild…

Just logging with my experience with creatine so far.
Started taking it 15 days ago. At the same time I got a niggle in my shoulder which has stopped me training with my usual intensity, I’ve been keeping it relatively light and shorter sessions…
Tested the waters these past few days as shoulder is feeling better. Fuck me im strong!!
