This Week’s Challenge: Let Yourself Be Seen
Hey brothers, especially those who’ve just joined us.
You know that slightly nervous feeling when you walk into a room full of people you want to connect with, but aren’t quite sure how? We’ve all been there. And in a digital space, it’s even easier to hang back, observe, maybe drop a few likes here and there.
This week, we’re going to change that. Together.
We’re keeping it simple: introduce yourself to your brothers. On video. Nothing fancy – just you, talking to us like we’re sitting across from you having a coffee.
Choose Your Level
Level 1: Keep it light – 60 seconds
Start with the basics:
- Your name
- Your age
- Where you’re from
- Why you’re here
Level 2: Open up a bit – 2 minutes
Share what brought you here, and maybe something you’re working on right now. Could be anything – we’ve all got something.
Level 3: Go Deep – 3 minutes
This is for those ready to create real connection. Tell us about:
- A moment that changed you (could be a victory, a loss, a wake-up call)
- The thing you’re most proud of overcoming
- The area of your life where you know you need to grow
- The kind of man you’re working to become
- Why you’re choosing to do this work now
Simple Guidelines
- One take, no editing needed
- Just you, as you naturally are
- Post it within 24 hours (before the overthinking kicks in)
The Deeper Work
There’s something powerful that happens when you stop hiding. When you look into that camera lens and just… let yourself be seen. Really seen.
Maybe you’ve spent years being self-conscious about your voice. Or you cringe when you see yourself in photos. Or you’ve got that inner critic that tells you your words don’t matter.
We all carry these things. These little wounds that make us shrink, stay quiet, hold back.
But here’s what we’ve seen happen in this community, time and time again: The moment you lean into that discomfort, when you show up exactly as you are – something shifts.
That critical voice gets a little quieter. That need to be perfect loosens its grip. Because you realize you’re surrounded by brothers who are nodding, who get it, who see themselves in your story.
This isn’t just about making a video. It’s about choosing to be uncomfortable for a moment so you can be comfortable in your own skin for a lifetime. It’s about healing those old wounds that tell us to stay small, stay hidden, stay safe.
Your face? It’s the one you’ve got. Your voice? It’s the one that tells your story. Your words? They’re exactly what someone else needs to hear.
That’s the real work we’re doing here. Not just getting stronger on the outside, but healing on the inside. Together.
And look, if the thought of this makes you a bit uncomfortable – you’re not alone. Every single one of us feels that when we press record. It’s normal. Natural. Part of being human.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present. About taking that first step toward real connection.
Your story, your voice, your presence – they matter here. They really do.
Ready when you are. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
