No training today, busy running errands and being a dad. Back to it tomorrow.
Also had a break thorough with how i want to work next year, while sat in the sauna. A reminder of how important it is to create space / stilness to allow the mind to process and problem solve. Many think problem solving comes from “thinking” when i fact most problems are solve with space. Space allows the brain to do its job. You dont always necessarily have to do anything other than listen.

Theres a scene in MIB 3, where Josh Brolin says to Will Smith they need pie. They are in the middle of a chase scenario, but they need to figure out their next move. Rather than rushing around trying to come up with the solution the act of going to get the pie enables them to remove focus from their problem and the solution presents itself. I’ve been trying to keep “pie” in mind whenever i have a problem.
