Just logging with my experience with creatine so far.
Started taking it 15 days ago. At the same time I got a niggle in my shoulder which has stopped me training with my usual intensity, I’ve been keeping it relatively light and shorter sessions…
Tested the waters these past few days as shoulder is feeling better. Fuck me im strong!!
Out of no where suddenly my strength has gone through the roof.
Throwing around the 16kg kettlebell like it’s 8kg
20kg feels like a 12kg
Sand bag lifts have gone up too. 30kg feels like a feather and 50kg is going up really easily. Endurance up too, smashing out lots of reps.
Can only imagine the progress if I didn’t have this shoulder issue.
It’s given me a much needed boost!
